APPOINTMENTS

To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few weeks in advance using our website, gla. gold. Our website displays the most up-to-date availability.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule. Should you realize that you will be more than 10 minutes late, we ask that you call/text 720-900-4523 to verify if your appointment is granted.  Late arrivals may be subject to our cancellation fee.

CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to our providers,  please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. There is a $50 fee if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show.

For group appointments, there is a 72-hour cancellation policy, and the credit card on file will be charged $200 if canceled less than 72 hours in advance.

CONSULTATIONS

Golden Laser Aesthetics provides consultations and in-depth skin analysis with one of our expert providers. We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results. Our consultations include education about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion about all options available to you, both immediate and long term, and a clear plan of action based on your individual goals.  All new clients will receive a complimentary consultation as part of their first appointment with us. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out new client paperwork. Consultation appointments are approximately 45 minutes.

GROUP APPOINTMENTS

Please call 720-900-4523 for group availability as special requirements may apply to bookings of three or more people. A credit card must be provided for all group reservations, and a $200 deposit per person is required to guarantee the appointment. This deposit can be used toward the services scheduled on that day.  

REFERRALS

We hope your experience with us is one you would want to share with family and friends! If you refer a friend or family member to Golden Laser Aesthetics, you will both receive a $50 credit toward your next service (no cash value.)  All referral credits will be issued to you once your referral has received its first consultation.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All pricing for products, services, and fees are subject to change. You are able to prepay for service(s) to guarantee the price of a current special or promotion. This is not applicable to injectable promotions. Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem the purchased service(s). Treatment plans must be prepaid in full to redeem special/promotional pricing.

Tax and gratuities are not included in your total amount. Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your experience, they are greatly appreciated!

Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. We also offer third-party financing with LendingUSA. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your skincare product purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging within 30 days. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. Gift card/certificate purchases are nonrefundable. To request a refund or exchange for skincare products, please email [email protected]. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Services and treatments received cannot be refunded.

CHILD & ANIMAL POLICY

We absolutely love babies, children, and animals.  Due to the nature of our treatments, it is unsafe for them to be in a treatment room or unattended while at the clinic. For their protection, it’s best to leave them at home (no matter how cute they are).  We would love for you to share photos of them while you’re here!

Anyone under the age of 18 receiving treatments with us must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please understand that our concern is for the safety of you and all of our clients. We hope you will aid us in keeping Golden Laser Aesthetics in a safe environment. Please contact us if you have concerns or questions about this policy.

PHOTO AND VIDEO POLICY

Clients, or a friend of a client, are prohibited to film, record, or take photos of a Provider or Esthetician in a treatment room or anywhere on Golden Laser Aesthetics property. If you would like to film please seek written approval from Golden Laser Aesthetics Content Generator or Practice Manager at [email protected]

Golden Laser Aesthetics requests you to consent to all photos and videos taken and posted via consent form to the service(s) you are requesting. Golden Laser Aesthetics reserves the right to photograph and video all clients, new and returning, for aesthetics purposes (before and after). For clients’ protection and ours, any client declining to be photographed for all aesthetic purposes will be required to sign a consent waiving their rights for a return or exchange of any purchased service(s) and/or treatment(s).

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us. The following outlines our privacy policy to help you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information.

Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected. We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes. We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the specified purposes. We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

You can permanently disable your account and remove your information from our database at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. You can see what information is deleted and what we continue to store after the account is disabled in our privacy policy.

These terms remain in effect after your account is disabled.

We collect information automatically as you navigate the site or through our analytics providers. We may store usage information such as the type of device you use to access our Website including IP address, device ID, the pages you visit or request, links clicked, referring sites, user interactions, and your search terms. We also derive your location from your IP address.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

To ensure the best experience for all Golden Laser Aesthetics clients and team members, clients who exhibit disruptive or inappropriate behavior or is under or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, or who have a history of being habitually late or no-showing appointments may be denied the opportunity to be serviced at the time of appointment and/or to schedule treatment(s)/service(s) in the present or future and maybe permanently removed as a client.
