Welcome to our clinic. To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for every guest, we maintain the following professional standards and office policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

The Spirit of Our Schedule

Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the high-quality, focused care our clients expect, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrivals

We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arriving beyond this window may require us to reschedule your session to protect the next guest’s time, and the cancellation fee will apply.

Consultations

All new clients receive a 45-minute comprehensive analysis. There is a $75 consultation fee, which will be fully applied as a credit toward your first treatment. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete your intake forms.

Preparation & Arrival

To achieve the best clinical results, please observe the following preparation guidelines:

  • Intake Forms: All forms must be completed digitally prior to your appointment. If you have any changes to your health history or medications (including recent vaccines or antibiotics), please notify us before your appointment.
  • Pre-Treatment Care: For laser and injectable treatments, please avoid significant sun exposure and specific blood-thinning supplements for two weeks prior. Consult your specific pre-care instructions or https://goldenlaseraesthetics.com/about/patient-information/
  • Complimentary Parking: We recommend using the parking garage located directly behind the clinic. The first two hours are complimentary with vehicle registration.
  • Clinical Oversight: For ongoing safety, all clients are required to consult with a licensed medical professional (MD or mid-level provider) at the start of a purchased treatment plan and annually thereafter.

Share the Glow: Our Referral Program

The highest compliment we can receive is the recommendation of your friends and family. To celebrate our community, we are pleased to offer a $100 Referral Credit to be shared between you and the person you refer.

  • The Reward: You will each receive a $50 credit toward your next aesthetic service.
  • How it Works: Referral credits are issued once your friend or family member has completed their initial consultation.

Promotional Credits Policy

Golden Laser Aesthetics offers Promotional Credits as part of our community partnerships, giveaways, and referral program. These credits may appear as gift cards, marketing vouchers, or referral rewards.

How Promotional Credits Can Be Used: Promotional Credits may be applied toward select aesthetic treatments.

Limitations on Promotional Credits: To keep things fair and consistent for all clients:

  1. Promotional Credits are not valid toward retail skincare products or wellness clinic services (HRT, labs, GLP-1, peptides, wellness injections).
  2. They cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, memberships, or package pricing.
  3. One Promotional Credit may be used per visit.
  4. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  5. Please present your credit at the time of checkout or booking.
  6. The full value of the credit must be applied toward a single aesthetic treatment and cannot be separated, saved, or carried over to a future visit.

Additional Notes on Promotional Credits: If a Promotional Credit is altered, duplicated, or does not match our records, we may not be able to accept it.

Birthday Bucks Policy

Birthday Bucks are a complimentary annual reward offered to our clients to celebrate their birthday.

How Birthday Bucks Can Be Used: Birthday Bucks may be applied toward select aesthetic treatments or services.

Limitations on Birthday Bucks: To ensure fair use and consistency:

  1. Birthday Bucks are not valid toward retail skincare products or wellness clinic services (HRT, labs, GLP-1, peptides, wellness injections).
  2. They cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, memberships, or package pricing.
  3. Only one Birthday Buck credit may be used per visit.
  4. Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable, and are not transferable.
  5. Please present your Birthday Bucks at the time of checkout or booking.
  6. The full value of the credit must be applied toward a single aesthetic treatment and cannot be separated, saved, or carried over to a future visit.

Additional Notes on Birthday Bucks: Birthday Bucks are issued via email and are typically valid for a limited time (30 days from the issue date). They are subject to expiration.

Payments & Financing

We accept all major credit cards, cash and Alle Points. Payments are due at the time of service. For your convenience, we offer flexible financing through CareCredit and Cherry Financing. Please note they cannot be added to credit card transactions at this time.

Note: All prices are subject to change. Pre-paid services or promotions are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Returns & Account Management

  • Service Refund Policy: We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all treatments received.
  • Pre-Paid Credits: Account credits are non-refundable. Unused balances may be transferred to a different service or to another client’s account for a $50 Transfer Fee.
  • Exceptional Reversals: In the rare event a refund for a pre-paid balance is approved as an exception, it is subject to a 10% Reversal Fee to cover administrative costs.
  • Skincare Products: Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Due to clinical safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, except in the documented case of an adverse reaction. Please note that prescription-grade products are strictly non-returnable.

Photography, Privacy & Events

  • Clinical Records: “Before & After” photos are a required part of your medical record. These are kept strictly confidential and never shared for marketing without your explicit, written consent.
  • Social Media: Please respect the privacy of our providers and other guests by requesting permission before filming or photographing within the clinic.
  • Events: By attending community gatherings hosted by our brand, you acknowledge that photography and videography may occur for promotional purposes. Please notify our team upon arrival if you prefer not to be photographed.

The Clinic Environment

  • Children & Pets: For safety and the tranquility of our guests, we ask that children and pets remain at home. Minor clients receiving treatment must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Digital Etiquette: To maintain a serene environment, we kindly ask that you silence your mobile devices while in treatment areas.
  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior or appearing under the influence of substances.
